Omega Psi Phi Fraternity’s STEM initiative is focused on encouraging and supporting the pursuit of careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) among young people, particularly in underrepresented communities.   Sigma Rho worked with the University of Michigan ThinkLab, an organization that develops young people for careers in STEM, on excursion that gave them a better understanding of what a career in STEM looks like.
